Hein & Partner Unternehmensberatung GmbH was founded 1990 in München.  Based on longtime turnaround experience at medium and large international companies, it's founder Wolfgang-Dietrich Hein has established an Advisory and Interim-Management Group to assist Companies in Special Situations like turnarounds or major restructuring projects.

Hein & Partner's was established and positioned through it's expertise and performance. During the last 25 years the teams of Hein & Partner successfully secured resp. generated several hundred million Euros in corporate values.
